Muy similar a la 0399. Con algunas diferencias en la posición de los presbíteros, en esta destaca que el Presbítero Rosendo Valenciano aparece en primer plano. Posee anotaciones a lapicero en la parte frontal indicando la posición de los presbíteros Weber y Soldati, este último fue confundido con Weber y corregido.
